I'm using your Magento Catalog Request form, and it is awesome. It has worked great up until this weekend where I get a white screen of death while entering admin page for it. Any ideas to remedy?

Thanks
paul

Thank you, seriously. Ever since I upgraded to Lion I have hated how slow it felt. And I think that this solved it. Really, thank you. Words cannot express my joy.

Hey Guys, I had a similar issue, but it had to do with extra spaces between the IP and the Domain, I reflowed by hosts file with IPdomain and everything worked fine after.

Hope that helps!
